Pink Zebra Moving plans to grow from a small brand born in Birmingham, AL, to a national brand that will eventually change the moving industry as we know it today. Pink Zebra Moving of Somerset, NJ is ready to bring on an energetic person to help lead the local office activities as a part-time Office Administrator. This person will join an emerging brand and help pave the way for many Zebras to come.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Office Administrator (Part-time)

    Be the face of Pink Zebra in the Somerset, NJ market to help promote the brand and build a strong customer base by:

    Providing exceptional customer service and experience throughout the lifecycle of the sales process:

    • Taking phone calls from prospective customers
    • Following up on leads through Angi’s list or other lead generation services
    • Making phone calls in preparation for upcoming moves
    • Following up post-move, etc.

    Managing day-to-day office tasks, including morning meetings, payroll, scheduling, billing, hiring, ordering office and moving supplies, bank deposits, etc.

    Achieving key performance goals through:

    • Actively calling, emailing, networking with referral sources
    • Identifying potential opportunities and leads to create business opportunities

    Preferred - but not required: Creating and managing social media handles

    Educating and informing clients about the company’s mission, products, and services

    Maintain a positive workplace culture where movers are able to experience both professional and personal growth

    Other responsibilities as necessary

    Qualifications

    5+ years of experience in customer service, sales and/or marketing 5+ years of experience in the moving industry is preferred, but not required Social media experience preferred, but not require Have a positive attitude Valid NJ driver's license Clean criminal background
