    What You’ll Do As an Office Administrator, you’ll be the friendly, reliable connection between our customers and our field team. You’ll:

    Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and chat messages

    Support scheduling, billing, and service inquiries

    Deliver professional, empathetic communication that reflects our values

    Help coordinate service appointments and follow up with customers

    Perform administrative tasks and data entry accurately and efficiently

    Multi-tasking to assist technicians and customers meet all needs

    Managing and scheduling social-media content across platforms

    Brainstorming creative campaigns, photos, and community content

    Researching and attending local events and home & garden shows

    Distributing marketing materials such as door hangers and yard signs

    Supporting the team with local promotions and lead generation

    What We’re Looking For

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Confident using social-media platforms and basic design tools

    Outgoing, dependable, and willing to get hands-on at events

    Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

    Reliable transportation and willingness to represent the brand at community events

    Must be at least 18 years old

    You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have

    Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance

    Managed small teams or trained others in any setting

    Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)

    A passion for leading others and taking ownership of results
