Title: Office Administrator (Part Time, 3 days per week)

Position Summary:
We are hiring for an Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure a positive experience for employees, visitors, and vendors. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating office services, and serving as a key point of contact for administrative and facility-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, company events, travel accommodations, and hotel bookings, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
- Manage daily lunch orders, catering services, and food arrangements for meetings and special events.
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure the office remains fully stocked and operational.
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests and work orders with vendors, contractors, and property management teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor service performance, and assist with contract renewals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, shipments, and courier services.
- Support employee onboarding activities, including coordinating IT hardware requests and equipment shipments.
- Maintain company intranet content and oversee updates to the company-branded merchandise store.
- Administer office phone systems, including user setup, troubleshooting, and support.
- Welcome visitors, manage visitor logs, and ensure a professional front-office experience.
- Distribute internal communications and office-wide announcements as needed.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
