    Position Overview

    Hands United LLC is seeking a professional, organized, and motivated Office Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our organization. This role requires a highly dependable individual who can effectively manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and provide administrative support across various company locations when needed.

    The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization.

    Interview Process

    Qualified candidates selected for an interview will be required to complete a professional writing exercise to assess communication, organization, and administrative skills.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.

    Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

    Provide administrative support to management and company departments.

    Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

    Prepare reports, documents, and business communications.

    Assist with scheduling meetings, trainings, and appointments.

    Support company compliance and documentation requirements.

    Travel periodically to support other company locations and operational needs.

    Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and company information.

    Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.

    Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently with minimal supervision.

    Occasional travel required to support various company sites and operational needs

    Qualifications

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency with computers, office technology, mobile applications, and phone systems.

    Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

    Experience

    Minimum of 2–4 years of administrative, office management, or related experience preferred.

    Experience working with Regional Center clients, social services, healthcare, supportive living services, or related industries is highly preferred.
