The Learning Experience in Columbia, SC is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Administrator. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that keep high-quality learning environments running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk operations and serve as a welcoming point of contact for families, staff, and vendors
Maintain records and files, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
Assist with staff scheduling, curriculum, and communications
Coordinate enrollment documents, forms, and parent inquiries
Help plan and coordinate marketing and community outreach initiatives
Support center-wide initiatives and administrative needs as directed by leadership
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience, preferably in childcare, education, or healthcare settings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems
Professional and warm communication style
Ability to manage multiple priorities with poise and flexibility
Schedule & Compensation: This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with competitive hourly compensation, depending on experience. Training will be provided.
