Fish Window Cleaning is Hiring! – Office Administrator (Part-Time)

We are the largest window cleaning company in the United States, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team. We offer a friendly work environment, job stability, and excellent work–life balance. No evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 25 hours per week Pay: $18/hour

Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism

Deliver A++ customer service

Collect current and past-due accounts

Enter payments and process credit card transactions

Build and maintain relationships with National Maintenance Companies

Use our proprietary Fish software to schedule daily work

Capture and update employee time sheets

Manage inventory and order uniforms, equipment, and supplies

Confirm upcoming residential appointments by phone

Train window cleaners on proper invoice and work order procedures

File and organize all necessary paperwork

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Support general office operations as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help people

Excellent communication skills (in person and on the phone)

Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through

Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness

Reliable transportation

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Office experience preferred

Proven PC skills and ability to learn our Fish software

Preferred

Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (an advantage but not required)

Ability to create and manage social media posts—including basic digital marketing tasks—using AI tools or similar platforms (an advantage but not required)
