    Key Responsibilities

    Admissions Strategy: Oversee and refine the admissions process to maximize enrollment efficiency and student retention.

    Organizational Leadership: Manage, hire, and train administrative staff, providing the guidance necessary to meet departmental metrics.

    Operational Excellence: Implement changes to increase productivity across all office and front-facing departments.

    Compliance & Governance: Ensure all operations remain in strict adherence to state and federal policies and safety protocols.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in a leadership or admissions role within a similar institution.

    Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.

    Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team toward organizational goals.

    Proficiency in business software (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
