Job Summary We are seeking an Office Administrator / Warehouse Support to join our team. In this role, you will help in many areas of operation in our small business. You would work with the team and daily contact with our customers.
Main Duties:
Organize inventory and equipment on our ERP
Help team across country with sales support tasks
Handle Freight coordination, tracking and file any damage claims.
Communicate with customers and process their orders
Cycle count of inventory.
Communicate with purchasing team and direct to vendors.
Answer phones and show great customer service.
Manage Service team tickets and inventory
