    Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and solving problems in a fast-paced office environment? We’re hiring an Office Coordinator to join our team at C. S. Flournoy, a trusted and growing tree service business with over 35 years in the industry.

    If you are positive, dependable, computer-savvy, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly while supporting both customers and the team, we want to hear from you.

    What You’ll Do: Customer Service

    • Answer phones and schedule estimate appointments
    • Help customers with questions and concerns in a friendly, professional manner
    • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers after service
    • Help screen incoming requests to upper management

    Operations Support & Scheduling

    • Use SingleOps to schedule appointments, jobs, and calendars
    • Handle crew requests and help coordinate resources to solve day-to-day problems

    Administrative & Creative Support

    • Assist with company branding and marketing efforts
    • Create company documents for events, policies, and internal tools
    • Assist with monthly training exercises and other company events

    Marketing Support

    • Run monthly reports to track the ROI of advertising sources
    • Research new advertising opportunities, help set them up, and measure effectiveness

    Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

    • College degree
    • Experience using SingleOps
    • Experience in a home service business or tree service company
    • Experience with advertising, branding, or digital design
    • Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
