We are looking to add two upbeat, positive team members with good communication skills and the ability to multitask to our office staff. Will be working with 8-9 other office staff members. Fast-paced environment during peak season of April-November, Working with quality people who all share the same goals for the company.
2 open positions – 1 focusing on Commercial & Mosquito Control divisions of our company; 1 focusing on the Wildlife & Rodent Control divisions.
Team building and social events with staff, company paid lunches 2x per month, performance bonuses for meeting company goals.
Job responsibilities include:
Data entry into CRM system
Creating follow-up orders /
Customer Service Calls & Email Communication
Assist in Scheduling of work orders when needed - based on geographical location within our CRM
Weekly report running
Follow-up on outstanding contract proposals (With dept manager)
Pick up overnight messages and delegate calls to sales staff
Sending out and receiving Quality Control Survey’s
Answering overflow phone calls
Assist in monitoring of Yelp and Google direct sales inquiries
Assist in Social Media research/posts
Monday-Friday work schedule 8am-430pm w/30 minute lunch. Very minimal Saturday work schedule, 9-2 when scheduled.
Seasonal work schedule with possibility of full-time work through Winter months.
Must be computer savvy and a quick learner. Training will be implemented upon hire date.
