General
Must be able to answer the phone, while also talking on a walkie, while comforting a child, who just got sick....
Qualifications
Attention to detail a must
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay cool under pressure
Prior customer-service experience preferred
Mastery of basic math skills
Microsoft Office proficient
Quick-learner and self-motivated
Able to pick up new skills quickly, such as new software programs
Days of the week: Monday-Friday
Time: 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Position- Part- time
Previous childcare and/or office experience preferred**
