We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Associate to support our operations by coordinating onsite healthcare and accreditation inspections, managing business licensing, and serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls. This role is essential in keeping our office organized and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and host onsite healthcare and accreditation inspections.
Prepare and submit business license applications and renewals by state requirements.
Answer and manage the main office phone line, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain organized records related to inspections, licensing, and office communications.
Coordinate with providers or clinicians in respective states to facilitate in-office charting, meetings, trainings, and/or conferences.
Attend and actively participate in all mandatory company meetings, trainings, and conferences.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Prior experience in office coordination, compliance, or administrative support is preferred.
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.) strongly preferred
Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
