    We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and scanning, uploading, and organizing physical and digital files in our Law Office. This role is an integral part of keeping our administrative operations running smoothly. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent computer organizational skills in Windows, and have some background in customer service. Responsibilities: • Perform data entry tasks using software such as Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite, and MyCase to manage client information • Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files • Scan and upload documents into digital systems • Quality Control: Check files for completeness and accuracy • Transferring boxes of files to various locations within the office • Handle office management tasks, including maintaining supplies • Support other administrative functions as needed, acting as a personal assistant to management when required • Handle sensitive legal information with discretion • Ensure compliance with document retention policies and procedures, discarding documents when required according to official guidelines Qualifications: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory • Strong computer literacy using Windows OS, with the ability to learn new software quickly • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
