    Position Overview

    ABA Solutions seeks a capable and innovative office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with various office management related duties and knowledge of applications such as Office Puzzle and Instagram.

    Hours:

    9am-5pm Monday-Friday

    The primary responsibilities of the office assistant include:

    Keeping up with the weekly therapy notes and documents

    Management of the company’s social media pages

    Facilitating communications with therapist, analysts, and caregivers

    Answer office calls from prospective parents and insurances

    Keeping staff documents up to date and filed correctly

    Light housekeeping duties (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, taking out the trash)

    Making sure the rooms organized and keeping the calendars updated

    Maintaining sufficient office supplies in stock

    Opening and closing our office

    Requirements:

    Good communication skills

    Knowledge/Eagerness to learn about ABA practices and insurances

    Bilingual (English/ Spanish)

    Detail oriented
