We are seeking an organized, customer-focused individual to support our sales and daily operations. Responsibilities include following up with leads, answering customer questions, sending sample packs, tracking customer activity, coordinating shipments, and assisting with marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Follow up with incoming leads and existing customers
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Send sample packs and track shipments
Package and prepare outgoing orders
Maintain spreadsheets and customer records
Assist with marketing initiatives and vendor coordination
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking and managing follow-ups
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
Customer service or sales support experience preferred
