We are looking for admin for our office in Pawleys Island, Home care experience required (field)
📍 Office Location: Pawleys Island, SC ⏰ Hours: 25 hours per week 10AM-4PM M-F 💰 Pay: $16/hour
About the Position
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our home care agency. The ideal candidate must have previous home care experience and be comfortable handling administrative tasks, documents, communication with caregivers/staff, and supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a professional manner
Maintain client and caregiver files
Provide general administrative support to the office team
Must be computer literate
Requirements
Home care experience required (office or field)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with basic computer tools (email, scheduling platforms, google suite, etc.)
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Experience with homecare
Prior office admin experience
Strong customer service skills
