    Job description:

    Growing Company! Legal Copy Service is seeking a Full Time Office Admin.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    Helping sort documents for Petitions;

    Record reviews;

    Sorting, copying, faxing filing, mailings;

    Assist with calls;

    Assisting in opening, processing, distributing mail;

    Scanning, copying, faxing; creating cd's

    Assist with calls and requests as needed;

    Assist in other departments as needed

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Basic computer skills

    Able to work well with Others and meet deadlines

    Work well under pressure

    Strong verbal communication skills including active listening.

    Professional attitude and appearance

    Education: High school or equivalent

    Office experience required
