    Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.

    Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.

    Support the finance team with invoicing and expense tracking.

    Assist with data entry and maintaining databases accurately.

    Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

    1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
