    About the Role

    We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting others, and helping the office run smoothly day-to-day.

    Key Responsibilities  Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees  Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails  Organize files, documents, and records (digital + physical)  Manage & set up incoming/outgoing shipments  Processing of production work orders  Assist with basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks  Support various departments with administrative needs  Help ensure the office is tidy and well-organized

    Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus)  Strong communication and customer service skills  Excellent attention to detail and organization  Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks  Reliable, professional, and friendly attitude
