Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry position with training provided. Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and team members
Send, receive, and respond to emails in a timely and organized fashion
Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain clear and accurate records of communications and scheduling
Provide direct support and communication with the company owner
Requirements:
High School or GED required, College degree is preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Suites and QuickBooks Desktop are required
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in customer service or office administration preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of scheduling and material ordering is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with regular office hours.
Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required depending on job schedules.
