As the first contact of the company, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting customers with scheduling appointments. Responsibilities
Answer business phones and handle requests
Manage and organize office tasks as assigned
Schedule appointments
Distribute communications to team as necessary
Greet and assist showroom customers
Receive deliveries
Confirm Appointments
Follow up on open quotes
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience preferred
Computer knowledge
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
