Office Assistant
Part Time with Potential to Transition to Full Time
$17-$19/Hour with No Benefits

Qualifications –
Friendly
2-3 Years Customer Service and/or Administrative (Required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Required)
-Typing Speed around 45 WPM
- Impeccable Phone Skill and Etiquette
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-organized, highly attentive to detail and a multi-tasker
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office / Google
- Experience in an office setting a plus
- In office position
- Ability to communicate well with the salesmen aged between their 20’s to 60’s
Responsibilities –
Perform office support duties as assigned such as:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally with enthusiasm
- Preparation of documentation/ Word processing (i.e. letters, leases, offers, etc.)
-Order signage install/removal requests and manage sign inventory
- Maintain physical filing system
- Assist Virtual Office Manager on physical filings, in office inventory tracking, and daily tasks
- Using the printer/copier & understand basic electronic trouble shooting
- Light accounting to include prepping deposit slips/checks and depositing receipts
- Meet guests upon arrival, maintain lunchroom supplies, refill paper in printers, refill printed master documents
