    About the Role:

    Join Chuck's Landscape Management Inc as an Office Assistant and be a vital part of our dynamic team in Byron Center, MI! Position will be 2 days a week, with an occasional 3rd day.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.

    Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating team activities.

    Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone and email.

    Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for projects.

    Support the accounting team with invoicing and expense tracking.

    Prepare reports and assist with data entry as needed.

    Coordinate supplies and inventory management for the office.

    Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with special projects.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

    Previous experience in the landscaping or service industry is a plus.
