A boutique law firm in Downtown Atlanta is seeking an Office Assistant / Receptionist to serve as the face of the firm and provide vital administrative support. This is a contract role with the potential to become permanent for the right fit.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in creating a polished first impression—someone who enjoys being at the center of office activity and supporting a professional legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and manage the firm’s main email inbox
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a tidy, welcoming environment
Provide general administrative support—scanning, filing, scheduling, and data entry
Assist attorneys and staff with special projects and office coordination as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of office or administrative experience (law firm experience a plus)
Strong communication and client service skills
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technology
