Office Assistant – Construction (Full-Time / Part-Time) Big Dog Construction is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily operations in a busy construction office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, route calls, and greet customers
Schedule appointments and coordinate with field crews
Data entry (work orders, invoices, job files)
Maintain digital and paper filing systems
Assist with customer updates, emails, and follow-ups
Support basic bookkeeping tasks (as needed): invoices, receipts, vendor coordination
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Construction, HVAC, trades, or contractor office experience preferred but not required
