    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Light receptionist duties: welcome on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

    In-person customer service : assisting walk-in customers with product inquiries and placing orders

    Handling and assembly of shipping documents

    Compile and prepare documents such as reports, records, and memos.

    Purchasing general office and warehouse supplies and maintaining office supplies stockroom.

    Scan and digitize documents for electronic filing and archival purposes.

    Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.

    Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.

    Provide general administrative support to team members and executives as needed.

    Perform data entry tasks and update records as required.

    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.

    Other general office / administrative duties may be assigned (we are looking for someone adaptable and willing to grow)

    Minimum Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience working in an office setting, an administrative capacity, or similar

    Language Proficiency : English - Required , Spanish - preferred but not required

    Detail-oriented individual who can produce accurate results efficiently

    Able to multitask and work in a team environment

    Computer Savvy (Must type at least 50 wpm)

    Must be proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite products

    High School diploma preferred

    All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process
