Precision Door Service is looking for an organized and energetic Office Assistant/Dispatcher to join our team in Kansas City, MO! In this role, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — connecting customers with our skilled technicians and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch technicians to residential and commercial service calls efficiently and accurately

Answer inbound customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service

Maintain and update scheduling software and service logs throughout the day

Communicate with field technicians to monitor job status and adjust schedules as needed

Process work orders, invoices, and basic data entry tasks

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner

Support office staff with general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or an administrative office role preferred

Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with basic computer software including scheduling or CRM tools

Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
