Job Overview: Elite Asset Protection is looking for a dependable Office Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is hybrid—part onsite to support office logistics, and part remote to handle administrative tasks. You'll be a go-to person for keeping things organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
Order and stock supplies
Support HR and finance with basic data entry and document management
Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires
Keep digital files organized and up-to-date
Provide general administrative support to staff
Requirements:
Previous office or administrative experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office
Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection for remote days
Ability to be onsite some days
