Flowly Solutions is hiring an experienced Office Assistant for our clerical department.
This is a permanent, full time position with room to grow in the business. The weekly schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Optional overtime may be available if additional work is available.
This is a multifaceted position and will require you to assist with overseeing all office duties. Job duties include processing of paperwork, customer service, order processing and data entry. We are open to training the right employee.
Responsibilities:
- Completing and processing paperwork such as service requests, client invoices and purchase orders
- Answering incoming calls and transferring to the correct point of contact
- Deescalating upset customers and resolving complaints
- Assisting the office manager with any task they require
- Overseeing outgoing and incoming shipment scheduled and preparing outgoing mail
- Using excel to complete basic accounting duties and invoice creation
- Learning to use our computer programs effectively
- Ensuring reports are submitted timely and accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office setting is required for being considered for this role
- Excellent computer skills and typing abilities
- Strong communication and customer service
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
Benefits:
- Pay rate from $22 - $24/hour based on experience
