Flowly Solutions is hiring for an office assistant with our clerical team.
This is a full time role with opportunities to grow within the business. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be available. You may be required to work overtime if it is needed to complete the daily tasks.
This is an entry level position, we are willing to train the right candidate to perform all job duties. Prior experience working in an office setting is a plus but it is not required. The majority of the work day will be spent answering incoming calls and processing paperwork. You must be highly detail oriented and great with computers for this job.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders and documentation both physically and online
- Ensuring all work is completed to keep the business within compliance
- Learning new software and programs to effectively use them
- Answering incoming calls and assisting them with any questions they might have
- Greeting walk in customers and helping them sign in
- Learning new skills and growing in the position
- Reading and comprehending detailed instructions and documents
- Clearly communicating over the phone
- Assisting customers and remaining professional at all times with your communication
Qualifications:
- Prior offer or receptionist experience is preferred but it is not required
- Fantastic phone communication skills
- Customer service expertise
- Strong computer skills and typing ability
- The ability to lift 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
