    Pay will be based on experience and performance with us.

    Responsibilities

    Manage and track office and project inventory, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.

    Monitor and update job progress, ensuring all job tracking systems are current and accurate.

    Reconcile purchase receipts with invoices, verifying the accuracy of amounts billed and items received.

    Assist with invoice closeout by ensuring all documentation is completed and filed appropriately for each project.

    Schedule and conduct initial customer consultations, gathering necessary information and providing support throughout the evaluation process.

    Review estimates for projects and assist with profit and loss analysis to ensure financial targets are met.

    Communicate and coordinate with vendors, technicians, and team members to streamline office and project operations.

    Maintain organized electronic and paper records of purchases, invoices, and customer interactions.

    Provide administrative support to management, including preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and handling office communications.

    Assist with any additional administrative or office-related tasks as assigned to contribute to company objectives and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude

    A valid driver license with a good driving record

    Ability to pass a criminal background check

    Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

    Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs

    Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully. Work well in group problem solving situations.

    Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to relate well to all people inside and outside the organization. Builds appropriate rapport with subordinates, peers, and clients.
