    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Pleasant phone manner; able to handle multiple line phone system

    • Have a background in Accounts Receiving/Payables

    • Able to understand and process Returns and Warranty Claims

    • Able to do billing and collect on account balances

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Accurate typist

    • Able to multi-task

    • Able to compose a business letter

    • Able to learn our business software, Sage 100 ERP

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Customer Service—answer multiple line phone system, enter orders, check status of orders and retrieve freight costs

    • Bill Daily Purchase Orders

    • Collect Past Due Customers

    • Enter Vendor Credits

    • Process Customer Return and Warranty Credits

    • Point Person—become knowledgeable on our phone system and computer

    network and know who to call if they go down; record holiday messages;

    manage the on-hold messages quarterly

    • Back Up Person—Back up other office personnel when out of the office

    • Order Entry

    • Receive Vendor Purchase Order

    • Post Daily Work—Inventory Module, Purchase Order Module and Sales Order Module

    • Filing

    HOURS

    8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
