    We are a small family and veteran owned business that is customer-forced in the automobile repair shop industry known for our quality of work and honest service.

    We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to hire a Part-Time Office Assistant to help keep our front office running smoothly and provide excellent support to our customers and team.

    Position Summary:

    This Office Assistant will perform a variety of clerical tasks to support daily operations. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to details and a positive attitude.You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and on the phone while assisting with scheduling, paperwork and light accounting.

    Experience:

    Greet Customers warmly and assist with inquiries in person and by phone

    Schedule repair appointments and assist with managing work orders

    Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records

    Process payment, handle receipts and assist with light accounting (cutting checks, reporting)

    Maintain a clean, organized front desk area

    Assist with filing, data entry and other clerical duties as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Knowledge of clerical, administrative or customer experience required

    Automotive shop or industry experience is plus

    Quickbook knowledge is nice, but not required

    Quick learner with strong attention to detail

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Knowledge of using office software and office machines.

    Reliable, professional and customer oriented

    Location: Corona, CA

    Part-Time: Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 3.00pm
