Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily operations at our Sequim office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm customer appointments
Answer incoming calls and greet clients at the front desk
File and organize warranties, permits, and job documentation
Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry
Submit warranties and permits in a timely manner
Support general office operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate with team members to ensure paperwork is completed and processed efficiently
Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (must be available Saturdays)
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly and professional communication skills
Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Must be available to work Saturdays
