    Kenmar Shirts is a union screen printing shop based in the Bronx, NY. For over 30 years, we have specialized in in-house screen printing, embroidery, and transfer services. Our goal is to provide high-quality custom apparel and excellent customer service to every client.

    We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to help support daily operations and offload administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully.

    Qualifications

    Comfortable using computers and learning new software

    Strong organization and attention to detail

    Good communication skills

    Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time

    Customer service experience

    Responsibilities:

    Learn and manage CRM software

    Learn and manage quoting software

    Create and process orders when needed

    Order supplies and inventory

    Send emails and make phone calls with customers or vendors

    Maintain records and data organization

    Assist with general office operations

    Location: Bronx, NY (in person)

    Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

    Pay: $17 per hour
