You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities: • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports • Maintain and update Swept, ensuring accurate, real-time tracking of operations and service activity • Coordinate and schedule service jobs to optimize workforce efficiency and client coverage • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports, manage communications, and maintain organized records • Utilize NetSuite (financial reporting software) to apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner • Process and reconcile incoming payments, including check deposits and ACH transactions • Support Human Resources functions, including onboarding, documentation, and employee record maintenance Qualifications: • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Experience with NetSuite (preferred but not required) • Experience with Swept or similar workforce management software (a plus) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
