About the Role:

Landscape Expressions Co is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team in Dallas, TX! Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner

Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for office staff and field crews

Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, files, and records

Assist with data entry tasks

Coordinate communication between office staff, field teams, and clients

Order and maintain office supplies and inventory

Support management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training a plus

1+ years of experience in an office assistant, receptionist, or administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude

Bilingual
