Location: Dallas, TX
A professional services firm is seeking an Office Assistant / Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to attorneys in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role reports to the Office Manager and offers strong exposure to client interaction, office operations, and professional development.
Responsibilities:
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
Answer phones and serve as a point of contact for clients
Handle time entry and maintain accurate records
Maintain electronic filing systems and organize documents
Draft correspondence and assist with presentation materials
Open new client files and assist with conflict checks
Prepare engagement letters and support administrative processes
Maintain office organization, supplies, and front office operations
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior administrative or legal experience preferred, but not required
