  • Responsibilities

    We're searching for a diligent and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative and financial support to our growing team. This role is heavily focused on accounts receivable functions while also supporting daily office operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate customer billing records, monitoring outstanding balances, following up on overdue accounts, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. In addition, you'll assist with responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ordering office supplies, and helping to maintain efficient office procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication and customer service skills, and is comfortable handling both administrative and financial responsibilities. Experience with accounts receivable, bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounting software is strongly preferred. In-Person Position Responsibilities: • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks • Support management with reports and office operations as needed • Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Previous accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or office administration experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with accounting software and CRM is a plus • Strong organizational and time management skills • Customer service experience preferred Compensation: $20,000 - $40,000 yearly
