Office Assistant / On-Call Caregiver (CNA Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time Hours: 35 hours per week Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In-Office & Remote) On-Call Requirement: After-Hours, and One Weekend Day

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and highly flexible Office Assistant / On-Call Caregiver to support both administrative operations and emergency caregiving needs. This hybrid role combines office-based responsibilities with direct client care coverage when urgent staffing needs arise. The ideal candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is organized, responsive, and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced or time-sensitive situations.
Primary Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
Assist with daily office operations including scheduling, phone and email communication, and documentation
Coordinate caregiver schedules and help resolve staffing gaps
Maintain accurate records, reports, and client/caregiver information
Support management with administrative tasks as needed
Work a combination of in-office and remote days
On-Call & Caregiving Responsibilities
Be available for after-hours and one weekend day per week for on-call support
Respond promptly to emergency staffing needs and last-minute call-outs
Provide direct caregiving services when required, following established care plans and protocols
Required Qualifications
Active CNA license
CPR, FIRST AID or BLS
TB test
Previous hands-on caregiving experience
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Dependable, flexible, and responsive
Reliable transportation for shift coverage
