We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our team in ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative skills and contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Provide support with data entry and basic administrative tasks.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other documents.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
