We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling registrations, ordering office supplies, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. We will train the right person on our registration software. Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community • Familiarize yourself with our program so you are able to answer customers' questions and aid customers with registration for classes. Qualifications: • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Must be available Tuesdays & Thursdays 12 - 8 pm, some Mondays from 12 - 8 pm, and some Saturdays 9:30 am - 3 pm. Compensation: $10 - $15 hourly
