    Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We are seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, and ensuring efficient office operations.

    What You'll Do:

    ✅ Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document management.

    ✅ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

    ✅ Prepare and distribute communications such as memos, emails, reports, and other documents.

    ✅ Organize office events.

    ✅ Support the HR team with new employee onboarding, scheduling training sessions, posting job openings, and coordinating interview schedules.

    ✅ Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.

    ✅ Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

    What We're Looking For:

    🔹 Education amp; Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent, with additional office administration training or certification as a plus. Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.

    🔹 Skills amp; Knowledge:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
