We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment. This is a full-time position with a variety of administrative and support responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Manage incoming and outgoing mail • Perform filing and maintain organized records • Process checks for mailing or pickup • Contact utility companies regarding account updates (e.g., revert to owner requests) • Update and maintain insurance information as it is received • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner • Track and maintain Certificates of Liability • Assist with rental staging and preparation • Help coordinate and support open house events • Provide general support by assisting with tasks to help reduce the workload for other office staff • Opportunity to learn additional skills, such as running real estate comps Additional Information: Day-to-day responsibilities are subject to change, and additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the team and business operations.
