We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and a team player. This is a part time position with the possibility of going full time.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
Manage calendars and appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with data entry, basic bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
