Our company has an opening for entry level Office Assistant / Receptionist / Basic Data Entry to work at our Granada Hills office. All applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of experience and qualifications.

Ability to enter data
Ability to set up appointments, answer multiple phone lines, able to multitask, process and track orders, answer customer service calls.
Certificate in Paralegal Studies (is desired but NOT required)
Willingness to become a notary public.
