    Our company has an opening for entry level Office Assistant / Receptionist / Basic Data Entry to work at our Granada Hills office. All applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of experience and qualifications.

    Desired qualifications:

    • Excellent Customer Service Skills,

    • Very reliable and trainable,

    • Trustworthy and honest,

    • Serious and responsible,

    • Good references,

    • Follow instructions,

    • Ability to enter data

    • Ability to set up appointments, answer multiple phone lines, able to multitask, process and track orders, answer customer service calls.

    • Certificate in Paralegal Studies (is desired but NOT required)

    • Willingness to become a notary public.
