We are seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Flexibility with job assignments and job functions
Plan and schedule appointments
Greet and assist customers
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Showroom area and samples
Purchasing of Materials and coordinating installations with clients
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks as needed
Run business related errands on occasion
Qualifications:
Self Motivated
Attention to details a must
Proficient in Excel and Word
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is helpful
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Flooring or Construction Industry experience a plus, but not required
