    Staffing Coordinator Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services · Part-Time (Full-Time Potential)

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services — one of the nation's top janitorial companies — is seeking a driven Staffing Coordinator to build our frontline workforce. We are locally owned, values-driven, and on a mission to honor and glorify God by positively impacting people and workplaces.

    This is a part-time position with real growth potential — the right candidate could move to full-time as our team expands.

    What We're Looking For

    1+ year HR/recruiting experience

    ATS & HRIS software experience

    Knowledge of employment law

    Social media sourcing skills — LinkedIn, job boards, etc.

    Key Responsibilities

    Own the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding frontline employees

    Build and execute short- and long-term hiring plans aligned with business needs

    Partner with area managers to refine job descriptions, hiring criteria, and selection processes

    Source candidates through online job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, and community outreach, and social media.

    Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

    Proactively build a candidate pipeline and cultivate relationships for future hiring needs

    Qualifications

    Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR recruiting or talent acquisition experience — this is the most important factor in our hiring decision

    Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms

    Working knowledge of federal and state labor law and HR compliance requirements

    Associate's degree or higher preferred; equivalent work experience considered

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable conducting interviews at all levels

    Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
