We are an event rental company based in St Augustine, FL. We assist with a variety of events such as weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events, and more! We are seeking an Office Assistant/Rental Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
We are looking someone to work Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays, and Sundays from 8:00am to roughly 4:00pm. Exact hours and days can fluctuate during our busy season and additional hours can be available for pick up.
Responsibilities:
Correspondence with clients and other vendors
Attend offsite venue walkthroughs/onsite client meetings
Answer inbound telephone calls
Product ordering/checking in
Assist in overseeing crew members
Attend weekly team meeting
Other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Weekend availability required
