    What You’ll Do:

    Patient Reception: Greet patients, check them in, and verify insurance information

    Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient schedules, including new and follow-up appointments

    Insurance Verification: Confirm eligibility for insurance

    Billing & Coding Assistance: Support billing and coding procedures, ensuring accuracy across different plans

    Communication: Liaise effectively with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals

    Data Entry & Admin Tasks: Maintain accurate medical records, answer phones, manage correspondence, and assist with general office tasks

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules and administrative tasks

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer programs

    Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming and supportive environment

    Required: High school diploma or equivalent

    Experience: 2+ years in a receptionist or administrative role within a medical clinic, hospital, or mental health setting
